Do i need to make a deposit right away before trading?

Yes you need to make a deposit before trading. We do not offer a demo account for traders.

Do i need to download any software for trading?

Trading is carried out on the web-platform. The downloading of additional software is not necessary. We recommend trading on the most current version of your browser.

I can't verify my email. What should I do?

Upon Registration an email is sent to your email address with steps to follow to verify your email address. But if you didnt receive any verification email. Then use the Contact Us form found on this website or mail Us at support@quiloxtrade.com

At what age is trading permitted?

You must be 18 years old or older to sign up and trade on the platform.

How do I sign up on the company's website?

You will need to do the following:

  • 1.Click on "Signup" on the Homepage.
  • 2.Enter your correct personal details such as name,gender and address.
  • 3.Enter a real email address which you have access to.
  • 4.Come up with a password and confirm it.
  • 5.Accept terms and conditions.
  • 6.Click submit button.

Do I need to fund an account to sign up on the website?

Signing up on the website is absolutely free. You do not need to fund an account to sign up.

Which currency can be used for trading?

We only offer USD for trading.

How can i delete an account?

To delete an account, you need to send an email with the subject "Block account" to accounts@quiloxtrade.com from the address with which you signed up for the account, or you can fill out a ticket request using our contact us page.

Where can I review my trading history?

Can bots or automated trading processes be used?

Automatic trading on this website is prohibited.
